I am a Senior Lecturer (Associate Professor) in Technology and Organisation at the King’s College London (PSMO department).
My research focuses on organisations, occupations, and work. In particular, I am interested in how technology shapes and is shaped by occupational work, the contested and changing nature of expertise, and qualitative research methods. My work in these areas has been published in Academy of Management Annals, Academy of Management Journal, Research in the Sociology of Organizations, Organization Studies, and Work and Occupations .
I completed my doctoral studies in Organization and Management at Aalto University. I was a Fulbright scholar at Boston College in 2020 and a research fellow at the Weizenbaum Institute in Berlin in 2023. Before joining KCL, I worked at the University of Liverpool.
Prior to my academic career, I was a public relations professional and completed BSc and MSc degrees at Aalto University.
